I’m Chris Malta, and I grew up on that philosophy.
When it comes to business, I had an advantage that few people have. I was raised in a family of business owners.
Both my parents and most of my aunts, uncles and cousins owned successful businesses. From construction to retail to furniture stores, restaurants, car, boat and RV dealerships, real estate…you name it, I had a relative in the business.
I bought my first retail products from a wholesaler when I was ten years old. Seriously. My first company was formed when I was in my mid-teens. I was surrounded by people who encouraged me to go out on my own and earn a living in business, and I did just that.
More importantly, I was surrounded by a family of Mentors. People who took the time to talk to me. To show me what worked and what didn’t. To be there for me when I had questions.
They were passionate people who truly believed in sharing their knowledge and experience. What they did for me was priceless.
Now, nearly half a century later, I’m the Mentor. I have more practical, successful business experience in my little finger than all the ‘gurus’ on YouTube and Google put together. Over the last couple of decades I’ve watched those people turn the ECommerce Information market into a greed-ridden swamp that only exists to lie to and steal from people just like you who simply want to build a better life for themselves. But they won’t let you. They make far too much money on the lies.
I don’t like that.
This has been my profession for more than 30 years. It’s been very good to me. I wouldn’t be here without the Mentorship I was lucky enough to have in the past.
So, for well over a decade now, I’ve been fighting that swamp by teaching people everything I know about this business, the right way. It’s my way of giving back to both the people in my past and the business that’s been so good to me.
